I retain the right to decline requests if I do not feel comfortable with the order, or/and if the information required while filling the forms is not met properly.

I retain the right to show the artwork on my social media and use it as portfolio or commission examples. Exceptions only apply with Comercial License Fees.

NSFW pieces can ONLY be commissioned by people aged 18+. Verification might be needed in some specific cases.

Please, order your commission with an idea already pictured in mind. Letting me "decide" or do "whatever I'd prefer"/not giving clear instructions might result in extra fees due to the complexity of the request.

Make sure to have an already drawn reference of your character before requesting the commission. In case you do not have this prior filling the forms, you will be given different choices than average commissioners, and will be charged extra fees as it will fall under the Custom Design category.

AI Character References and/or generated images are NOT allowed. In case you decide to send them as material for the Commission when it comes to the design of your character, you will still be charged as a Custom Design. Refer to the PRICES page for more information on the extra fees.

To reserve a slot, please go to the FORMS button on the main menu and fill out the google form of your choice with all the information accordingly. PLEASE remember to be detailed and include ENOUGH references. Failure to provide enough references or clarity for your idea might result in a rejected order or extra fees.

If your commission is accepted, I’ll contact you privately to coordinate further details, and then proceed to start the illustration.

Being in the Waiting List does not guarantee your commission will be done soon or that the prices/terms of services will remain the same when the time comes. They are pron to changes over time.

I’ll work on the Waiting List only after slots are fully finished AND if I consider I have a reasonable amount of time to dedicate on them too. Please keep in mind this might take up to months.

When your turn comes up, I’ll send you a message to verify if you still want the commission. If 48 hours have passed since the first notification and there’s still no reply, I’ll take you off the list.

All prices are in USD unless stated otherwise.

I will only start with the commission after the full payment is done (exceptions apply for Payment Plans). PayPal only.

Customers will strictly have a maximum of ONE WEEK after the invoice is sent to pay for their commission unless specified otherwise (exceptions for Payment Plans). After that, the order will be either canceled or moved to a Waitlist, and their slot will be given to someone else in order to keep productivity going. If you need more time to pay for the commission, let me know beforehand—depending on the current demand I might be able to make some arrangements as well.

Payment plans are only available for payments above $150 and with a small extra fee. For more information, please refer to the EXTRAS section below.

There are no refunds of any type unless I am not able to complete the commission or decide not to continue it for own personal reasons, so please be sure you really want one beforehand.

Credits are always required in whatever platform the piece is shared on. You cannot claim the artwork as yours.

Commissions are for personal use only. You do not have the right to sell or distribute the illustration in any way, nor use it for any commercial purposes unless you decide to buy the Commercial License of it.

If you want the COMMERCIAL LICENSE of the piece, you can pay an extra 150% of the original amount. For more information, please refer to the EXTRAS section below.

There’s no time limit for the commission. For a better quality piece result, I tend to take my time and request patience from the client. I reserve the right to cancel the order if I feel highly pressured time-wise (max. refund of 50%). If there are any major delays due to personal reason, regardless, you’ll be notified as soon as possible about it. Exceptions only apply with RUSHING FEES.

Once the sketch is done, I’ll send you a picture of it to get your approval and then proceed with the final stage of the piece. Drastic and significant changes of the commission are only allowed before or/and during this phase! Please don't be afraid to speak up on any dissatisfaction over the piece or modifications you'd like to do.

If the Sketch Check-Up exceeds the amount of 5 exchanges (as in the image gets sent and dissaproved, then sent and dissaproved, and so on due to changes in mind regarding the piece idea), an extra fee of $5 per revision will begin to be charged unless it was a personal mistake of mine (e.g. I forgot to add a detail that was already on the reference, I made a mistake on the proportions and noticed late, etc).

It is EXTREMELY important to request the commission already knowing what you want, and add all that detailed information on the forms beforehand to prevent any future issues and avoid wasting my time as well as your own. Make sure to list the changes you want during the Check-Up all at once too, not one at a time.

Changes after the commission is finished can only be done during a period of 7 days. Only small things and details, whatsoever. After that lapse of time, the file will be deleted from my device and extra charges will be made in case of a requested modification.

The high resolution files will be given to you via email or google drive in PNG format. If you want it to be sent through another method (Discord, another Email, etc), please let me know beforehand.

Sketches are either color base only or with small shadowing.

ACTION PANEL: Dynamic and strong perspective poses are available without any extra complexity fees. Special effects also come already included.

VOICE PANEL: Only includes the Headshot and edited template. If you want me to add audio samples, an extra fee of $10 applies.

Panel buttons are up to your choice (school uniform, hero costume, casual outfit, or personalized).

Extra dates on the Timeline (SNK) are +$45 each.

A Breathing Explanation panel is included when buying a Basic Reference and the Commercial Break together (KNY).

Regular Chibis' style is general for all animes.

Stylized Chibis imitate the official Chibi artwork of the requested anime.

If you do not have the design of your character already drawn (AI references are not allowed), your commission will be considered as a Custom Design and an extra fee will be added as I will be creating your character from scratch based on descriptions given.

The prices below are the prices ADDED to the original commission price. They can increase depending on the complexity requested.

An option for Custom Design comes included in all forms, regardless of the type.

Custom Designs take a lot more time than any other type of commission. Please be aware it can take months to complete the final piece.

CHARACTER: General appereance of the character. Face, eyes, hair, marks, etc.

COSTUME: Hero/Villain costume. Consists of complex designs, patterns and elements.

CLOTHING: Consists of uniforms or specific vesitment that do not fall over the category of costume design, but that still requires full creative development from scratch. (E.g. Demon Slayer modified uniform that diverts a lot from the original version)

Fake Screenshots are calculated by adding up the individual prices together. (E.g. if you want a panel with 2 Bust-Ups and a Simple Background, you just need to add the prices together for the final cost)

It's a maximum of 4 panels (2 slides) per order.

To order a Fake Screenshot commission, you can use the Google Form for REGULAR TYPE orders. Then just specify everything you want on the description written box or through DM.
